Who I Think Will Win American Idol and Why?
It’s crazy to believe American Idol is on it’s tenth year of airing. What’s even more insane is realizing I was in middle school when this whole frenzy started. Let’s face it, after ten years of watching this show, I know that 866 number by heart - backwards. During this season I was a late bloomer but chimed in just in time to watch the top ten compete. Now that we are down to the bottom three, I am not surprised by America’s choices. Between Josh, Jessica and Phillip, I believe Phillip is going to win the competition for the following reasons:
Reason Number 1 - Phillip Phillips is a looker. No doubt. He has this southern swag that melts my heart. Those blue eyes and almost perfect smile gets me every time. Each week I watch him I wait for him to have his “moment” just so I can prove to my mother that I don’t like him only for his looks. Let’s face it, he has the female audience eating out of the palm of his hands.
Reason Number 2 - Going off of reason number 1, I’m assuming the majority of viewers are female. That being said, the majority of VOTERS are female. We pick Phil!
Reason Number 3- He’s marketable. Phillip’s sound is all over the radio. From my new favorites like Mumford & Sons and Gotye to classic folk-rock artists, Phillip is so relevant! Bring in the $$$$$.
